"Terrible service from practice nurse"

About: Rowlands Road Surgery

Very disappointed with the practice nurse at the GP. She’s a very rude and unhelpful person telling you to wait to book your appointment while she answers 5 phone calls and then tell you there’s nothing available . Either way you call or you go there specially in a morning to book appointment she will just send you back out without any explanations.

Thank you for your comments. We value all our patients’ comments and try to respond to any suggestions and/or improvements they may have to make the services we offer better suit their needs.

We apologise for your recent experience at the Practice. If you have any further concerns please contact me at the surgery and I would be more than happy to assist. We appreciate all comments and suggestions from patients as this helps the surgery to respond to the needs of our patients.

You are able to book a pre bookable appointment 2 weeks in advance with the GP otherwise you can call or walk in on the day at 08:30am for an appointment; alternatively you can call or walk in at 15:30pm for an evening appointment on the day. The reason for this system is because the GP Clinics run from 9am-11:30am and 16:00pm-18:30pm. If you are unable to get an appointment on the day we would be happy to offer you a telephone call back with the GP who would then initiate an appointment for the afternoon if they felt it was necessary.
