"Day surgery on Beynon Unit C40"

I received excellent care on the unit yesterday. All of the staff worked so well together to ensure that the care and service they gave was seamless, professional and personal. The ward was immaculate with staff working constantly to clean and tidy. I felt that nursing staff cared for me as a person and noticed without prompting when I needed help. I was the last patient to leave but the standards never dropped through the day, with all staff pulling together to clean the ward again at the end of the shift. Well done New Cross and a very big thank you to every single staff member on C40.
