Referral was done by GP - initially had problems making contact - left a couple of voicemails and received 3 letters before appointment was sorted.

Initial meeting and assessment were fine but emotional so glad it was one to one.

Finding the building and where to go once in the building could have been clearer.

Thank you for letting us know – we are keen to improve our responsiveness to all our Service Users. On this basis, we now have an Access Team whose role is to ensure people get the help they need as soon as a referral is received. We are very sorry about the directions to STARS – directions are on our web site – we will highlight to all in STARS the importance of reassuring people where we are.
