About: Lincoln County Hospital

Had to telephone with queries 3 times over the last 5 months. They are charming, friendly and reassuring people who deserve loads of praise. On the last occasion I had to query an appointment as I had an auto reminder 4 days before the appointment letter came. The person I spoke to was so helpful. Thank you

Thank you for such wonderful feedback and I know that the Choice and Access teams will be trilled. They are a hidden NHS service which patients and visitors never see but do play such a vital part for patients coming to a hospital.
