I think this is a good ward. Staff are really caring and nice to talk to. You can be open and honest to them. Some staff deserve a pay rise. If you are not feeling well staff can help you feel better.

Thank you for taking the time to add your comments to Care Opinion. It's really great to hear that you think our staff are so caring and good to talk to openly and honestly and that you feel that they can help you to feel better.

You probably know that we have CARE Awards each month where we can nominate our staff for their compassion, accountability, respect or excellence and I would encourage you to speak to you Nurse Manager, Matt, to find out how you can get involved in making nominations. I am sure that the staff would really appreciate it.
