"Excellent Service"

I have been a patient here for many years and I am always happy with the service provided from the reception area through to the different GP’s that I have seen, in particular my own GP who I have the main bulk of my appointments with.

In terms of booking an appointment, you can phone through to reception who you can pretty much always get through to, sometimes there can be a couple of minutes wait, but otherwise it is fine. Or you can book using the app which is great. Whenever I have needed an emergency appointment I have mostly been able to get one for the same day if I have phoned up as soon as the surgery opens.

When checking in for your appointment, you just use a touch screen so no need to queue at reception. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable and there is a dot matrix board which beeps and then displays the name of the patient and the doctor so you know when to go through.

My GP is very thorough and is easy to discuss medical problems with and is very personable, they are by far the best GP that I have had and they will be a real miss when either they leave the practice or if I leave the area.

In terms of the other GP’s that I have seen, I have also had a good experience with them too, so no complaints there.

Overall, I am very happy with this practice and I highly recommend their services to anyone thinking about signing up to a GP surgery in the area.
