10 months after having my cataracts removed from my right eye in November 2017 and my left eye in December 2017, my vision still had not cleared so in October 2018 west Kent eye clinic gave me laser treatment on my right eye and told me the left eye would be treated in 4 weeks time. Also that my right should clear in 1 to 2 weeks, and gave me a telep-hone number to contact them if I had any problems the phone number is 01689 865781
After 2 weeks my sight still had not cleared and for 3 weeks I tried to contact west kent as I was told to through this number but no one ever answers so in the end I went to the eye clinic at the Pru,at first they tried to fob me off by sending me to queen marys Sidcup but I insisted on seeing a consultant, after two and a half hours I was seen by a consultant who advised me that they couldn't do any thing more about the right eye but it might clear in time when I explained that because of the poor vision I could not shave myself see my watch on my wrist watch TV or read, so was hoping the left eye would improve after the promised laser treatment which was in fact due according to the original doctor that done my right eye ,now but this consultant has told me I would be waiting a further 3 months and couldn't help me with my vision so I am now left in limbo and I believe this is a discusting way to treat a patient.
