"Treated with kindness, patience, and respect"

My father asked me to accompany him to his orthopaedic outpatient appointment this morning at Nevill Hall Hospital. My father was reviewed by Dr Siddiqi who immediately put my dad at ease. Throughout the appointment Dr Siddiqi showed nothing but kindness and respect. The appointment was also not rushed giving my dad plenty of time to ask questions and to understand fully the explanations given with regards to his future treatment.
