Since this practice has changed hands it has gone downhill, reception are unhelpful and passive aggressive, the nonsense around repeat prescriptions not being taken over the phone is not care led as they even exclude those who are house bound, its all about whats easier for them rather than servicing the customer, when challenged they even said that they didn't do it because of fear of making mistakes!!! how they have access to patient records!!! its just a lazy excuse to negate their duty of care to a third party, the chemist.
