I was able to get a same day appointment initially to assess a cyst on my scalp. I was then able to get get a very prompt appointment with the doctor to have it removed.
The doctor explained the procedure clearly and talked me through a very clear consent form. Throughout the procedure the doctor was checking that I was ok and talking my partner through what they were doing.
Overall an excellent experience and I am happy to recommend the surgery!
