I am a disabled person with several medical and mental health problems. I have to visit the centre for blood tests periodically. Since I have walking, standing and sitting difficulties, therefore, long waits are difficult to bear. I always request the staff to take me out of turn on compassionate grounds and my request is always accepted. The care for patients like me is of high standards. Staff is thorough professional, friendly and caring.
