(as the patient),

Just want to say how grateful I am for the care I received on Branston Ward last night. I didn’t catch the name of the nurse that was looking after me but she had a bit of an Australian accent, she really comforted me when I was really upset and starting to give up on finding out what was wrong with me after years of doctors appointments! Thank you all so much!
