About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a relative),

My husband visited the day surgery unit yesterday and we have nothing but 100% praise for them

Staff put you at your ease and are very friendly and informative.  David and Pamela at the unit were great.  

My husband has just finished 6 months chemotherapy at the oncology unit and they were also amazing.

Having worked for the NHS for over 25 years and when I hear such negativity I feel no one hears about the good side. I feel we need to tell them that eveything has been good. As far as we are concerned they are first class

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience.

We try very hard to reduce peoples anxiety levels by keeping you informed at all times. Nobody wants an unpleasant surprise.

Congratulations are due for your lengthy service, I've chalked up over 33 years in the NHS now, and really appreciate your feedback...it's always better to be first class than business class!

Hopefully everything is going as we planned and you are healing well.
