"Rheumatology / outpatient"

I've been attending Chester Le Street hospital as an outpatient for 3 years now and I have to say the facilities and staff are outstanding. Hospital visits can be stressful and unnerving and this has certainly been the case when I've visited other hospitals both as a patient and a carer. Chester Le Street hospital is a pleasure to visit. Every member of staff I have encounted is so helpful and pleasant. Each as genuine as their co worked. Everything seems to run like clock work. I havent had to wait long periods of time to see someone and I feel more than comfortable in engaging in conversation with anyone which puts me at ease.

I find the whole building immaculate and I get a strong sense that all the staff take pride in their roles.
