What I liked

Every member of the hospital staff I came across from cleaner to consultant was fantastic, especially the staff on wards 14 & 12 and the gastroenterology Department each end everyone of you were consummate professionals, From the moment I was admitted to the time I was discharged I was treated with the utmost of respect and dignity, I was constantly kept informed of my condition and treatment plans and all the doctors and nurses would spend as long as I needed when it came to explaining things.

The BRI is a real credit to the NHS and I would recommend this hospital to anybody who is looking for the best level of care in Bristol.

What could be improved
