"A&e and day surgery"

I went to a&e with an embarrassing and painful problem. Every single person I dealt with in all departments were kind, helpful and respectful. I was always kept informed of what was happening and although waiting times were long due to an emergency being brought in, I was still very satisfied with the experience. When I awoke from surgery, I had a nurse by my side for the next 45 minutes who was attentive and couldn’t have done more to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. Everywhere I looked the hospital looked and smelt very clean which made the experience more pleasant. Thank you to everyone who cared for me.
