The dedication shown by the nurses at Dickens Clinic were exemplary. Several nurses surpass others in standing way out in actual performance. So with this criteria I judge Nurse Melanie the top of all. She outshines everyone in speed, focus, grit and determination. But above all, she is always smiling---under ALL circumstances.

What a diamond. What fierce energy, and seriously extraordinary ability above any professional nurses I have ever encountered.

She will go far in the NHS. Value her. Recognize her talents. Above all she is active and attractive. Melanie coruscates. She shines with brilliance. The best.

Thank you for posting your feedback regarding the nurses you encountered whilst on Dickens ward.

It was very pleasing to hear how well the nurses went about their duties, and acknowledge that you have singled our nurse Melanie for her performance.

I will ensure that your kind words are passed on to the ward manager so that the nurses hear how their efforts have been appreciated.
