I have been sent a letter for Surgery (2nd date as they changed the first one) By a particular lady who tells me they have been trying to contact me by telephone and unable to reach me??? Really?? I have no missed calls and in any event an answer service that I ALWAYS respond to.I am supposed to ring and confirm the date. I have rung circa 20 times 020 8869 5363 systematically now for 120 minutes, it rings and eventually says they other person has put down the phone!!! I have never had this phone answered. I have research the name/dpt/scanned this letter and there is no other means for me to confirm. I have searched through the website trying to find any email whereby I could confirm on to no avail. If they are no going to answer the phone then why not at least turn on an answer service so we can confirm via that. I am so deeply frustrated and need to confirm this in order to book annual leave at work!!!! Anybody have any ideas short of driving there???
