"The greatest hospital on the planet !!!!"

Where do I start I sent a surgeon an email around 5 years ago after being diagnosed with Hpv of the throat growths on my vocal cords asking if he would be able to see me I was under another hospital near where I live in Essex but my friend in USA said you must find this guy he works somewhere in London I found his email and sent him a brief outlay of my diagnosis and asking if he could see me he soon wrote back and said he would so my Dr referred me to him.After the first meeting I knew right there and then that I didn't have to be scared anymore I'd planned my funeral and all sorts as this problem dosnt just go away, but in one meeting this surgeon gave me hope he reassured me not just telling me what I wanted to hear but the truth and how he planned on making it better for me, I've had now around 18 operations on my throats to debulk re occurring build up that if left would suffocate me I've not had to have any operations done now for around 1.5/ 2 years which I never thought would happen. This surgeon gave me hope then he turned that hope into reality I will never be able to explain in words what he has done for me other than he saved my life I owe him so much and his wonderful staff too who now feel like a part of my family after knowing them all these years. Staff, such amazing people showing love to everyone they care for.I cannot rate this hospital high enough I've stayed here so many times it's fantastic and one of my homes from home, the care is the highest I've ever recieved at any hospital in the U.K I've ever been in, the cleaning staff do an amazing job too as the place is spotless not a mark in sight and that's a tough job when so many patients and visitors walk over the floor everyday the toilets are always spotless. This hospital should be the teaching hospital to every hospital in the U.K as they have everything so spot on if the managers from other trusts came here and worked for a month what an NHS we would have.Everyone who works and is a part of this great hospital team should be very proud of yourselves as it's a shining example of when something's done right thank you from my heart from me and all my family for being so great over the years we love you all squillions. To the surgeon and your team of consultants and students thank you so so much for giving me my voice back for giving me my life back I won't ever forget what you've all done for me ever I'm forever in your debt you make a big big difference to people's lives and we all love you for it I'm sure I speak for everyone who walks through that door
