I'm very disappointed in them my wife is waiting for hip operation and they keep Fobbing her off with excuses very disappointed and it's impossible to get an appointment the staff of rude terrible place👎👎💩

Dear Sir,

I am sorry that you feel let down by the service we provide, our patient satisfaction rate has improved now have a wider group of GPs that specialise in specific conditions, we have also introduced our acute care clinics across the practice meaning patients can be seen urgently and more appointments are available.

In regard to your concerns in the waiting time for your wife's operation I would be more than happy to look into this further for you with the referral team if you wish to contact me directly on 01904 724600 so we can discuss this.
