One particular lady, specialist osteoporosis nurse is at the top of the tree. She is totally dedicated ti her work,completely knowledgeable and always takes her time with her patients.
This lady explains all aspects of my care , listens carefully to my concerns , answers any questions in detail herself, or makes sure to refer them to the doctor concerned.
She is such a warm, approachable lady, and a joy to meet with and talk to ; she really brightens up my day each time I have an appointment in the dept.
She is a true ,caring professsional and I greatly appreciate the service which she provides so cheerfully.
