(as a relative),

Very happy with the care given to my elderly Mother in ward 4e.

The staff have been wonderful to her and her care has been superb.

The Nurses and Staff have cared and looked after her so well.  Nothing was too much bother for them much and  often very short staffed,  they have had time to stop and explain treatments being given to her, adding a lot of humour where appropriate.
The Doctors have also been so kind and patient with her and on behalf of the family
I wish to thank them all.
Well done Ward 4e.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
