(as a carer),

My mother (100 in May) fell and cut her leg on the way to an Outpatient appointment. A first wider dressed it and other staff helped her back onto her wheelchair. We were managed with care in A& E. The Nursing Assistant who repaired the wound and dressed it did a great job with gentleness and expertise.
