About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Acute medical admissions (AMU)

(as the patient),

I was referred to the Acute Medical Unit at Exeter Hospital by my GP in early October 2018. From the moment I arrived until I left the following morning I was looked after by the most fabulous, caring, friendly and professional team of medical personnel. Everyone made sure that my wife and I were comfortable at all times and the care I received was excellent. The NHS is so undervalued - thank you to everyone who gives such an excellent service day and night.
