"A beautiful gesture which made me feel really special"

(as a service user),

Seen the Dr on a Monday scanned at the hospital on the Tuesday in seeing the surgeon and prop by the Wednesday. What a service, superb.

Had the op at the BGH which went well and the follow up at the western which was again first class.

The moment that will always stay with me is when I opened my tablets this morning after my round of chemo yesterday and found the nurse had cut the blister pack into a heart shape. I took a moment to myself when I saw that. What a beautiful gesture which made me feel really special.

Thank you for sharing your story with us all, I had seen the photo of your tablets cut into a heart shape and your email which was sent to me from the Feedback team. This was a personal touch which I am sure made you feel so very special and cared for.

I am so glad that you felt your care has been superb and this token gesture has had such a positive impact upon you.

I will ensure that the team receive this feedback and wish you well for your recovery.

With my best wishes,
