My poor mother after 88 years had to go to this hospital. She broke her arm.
Which fair enough, it's got to be put right, but why is it 3 days later she is still there? Don't know when she will be allowed home.
Had 3 cast put on so far, want to send her to Mansfield to help with her walking (its her arm not her legs) given laxatives - well, not to put it crudely the room was a mess when I got there this evening.
No one had been in to see her since giving her tea. The smell was over powering. In the 8 years I have been looking after my mum, has she ever been in such a state?
I think care and dignity, what a load of rubbish, and you know what's worse, you dare not complain while they are still there in case she gets mistreated.
I could go on a lot longer but I am sure when I go tomorrow they will have messed up again.
