After surgery and subsequent follow ups, I was asked if I would like to join the
Health and Rehabilitation Programme [ HARP] with a view to enhance mobility and introduce more exercise and awareness into my everyday lifestyle.I had a telephone consultation with Allison who takes the class. Her warmth and inviting manner really made my decision that morning very easyindeed, and I have found these classes to be the best thing I have done.
Everyone in the class are so friendly and all have their own reasons for being there.
No one judges anyone and Allison and Barbara make it such fun.
We all have our own limitations and are encouraged to do what we can.
I can honestly say I am so so glad this opportunity was given to me and I shall continue with this weekly class for as long as I can.
The best ever!
Thank you so much Allison and Barbara and all your helpers.
