After I have attended for 2 MRI scans I would just like to say a huge thank you to the staff who attended to me. From the minute I arrived in the department everyone was so cheery and welcoming. As a worker in the NHS it was so refreshing to see a smiling face. The scan was quite lengthy but I was made to feel at ease at a time when I could have been very anxious. First class service all around so thank you very much

Many thanks for taking the time to get in touch to tell us about you recent experience when you came to hospital for an MRI scan.

I was so pleased to hear that you were made to feel welcome to the department, it must have been very reassuring for you to have friendly and cheery staff making you feel relaxed and at ease at what I can only imagine to be an anxious time.
