"cancelled appointment"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Cardiology

after attending the emergency dept with, rapid and irregular heartbeats on 30 aug I was given appointments to have a 24 hr ecg followed by a scan.on 26 sept. I was given an appointment on 25 Oct which was subsequently cancelled by you and another given on 15 nov. Now today I have received yet another cancellation until 5 December. It is a worrying time waiting for results and these delays are causing great stress for me and my family. Added to the search engine on your website being out of order, therefore making things difficult. I feel very distressed by the situation.
