"They were extremely unhelpful"

About: Eastwood Resource Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

I feel that the mental health crisis team in east Renfrewshire were extremely rude and Arrogant to my daughter.

She was on pass from the hospital and was visibly upset and they made her so much worse. This has happened in numerous occasions when she was discharged from leverndale

the last time they brought her to tears and we felt offered no support or help and we asked for their advice and thought they were extremely un helpful to me aswell

we will not be letting this service see my daughter again and we are looking to take further action and make a complaint

I work in a small team in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde which seeks to involve patients and carers in the work of the NHS. The biggest part of my role is in managing feedback projects across the Board area, one of which is Patient Opinion. It is my job to give our patients and carers the opportunity to give us feedback, and to make sure that this is passed to the right people to help us improve the services we provide.
