"Kimberley ward"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / General surgery

I would like to thank all staff concerned for looking after my father William (Bob)

Harrison who sadly died last Friday. Nobody in the family knew about my father’s cancer. The Doctor Who told me I’m sorry I don’t know her name was so kind and considerate to my feelings as I am the only child left.

His care for the next 10 days was nothing but exemplary he was treated with complete dignity and made to feel as comfortable as possible during the last days of his life. I’d also like to thank the staff again for making it possible for his wife to be on the same ward. That made life considerably easier for her.

I can’t thank any of you enough and I have had many surgeries at the N& N and I’ve always been treated with the greatest respect and everything that has been done. I sincerely hope Kimberly Ward receives this message of my thanks.

I am pleased to read that both your father and the family were treated with kindness and compassion.
