After visiting Crawley Urgent Treatment centre after a fall downstairs, my daughter was sent by Ambulance to East Surrey with a suspected neck injury. It was a very frightening experience but the staff were all so lovely and she was sent for scans quickly and the whole experience couldn’t have been better.
