"Treatment not as bad as i had anticipated."

What I liked

Above, i have entered General Medicine Services as the department visited- it was in fact the Radiology Department (not listed). The appointment was met spot on time. The procedure was well explained and the staff involved were very concerned to reassure me at all times-it was the first time in many years i have visited a hospital. I am completely satisfied with the treatment i received. I just hope the report back by my GP of the findings, will be good news. Thank you.

What could be improved

A warning as to the bowel pains i would experience during the procedure- eased about 2 hours after leaving the Hospital.
