Have waited nearly 2 weeks for a x-ray at the doctors, only to be told this morning to phone the hospital and find out where it has gone.
Phoned the switchboard went through to imaging and got a recorded message say please email (was only said once) very quickly and then closes the call down.
Very frustrating, cannot believe in 2018 we cannot just send a x-ray over email for the next day, they had it when it was taken and I could have taken it myself quicker than this.
"Very disappointing service"
