What I liked

My Mum was given a barium swallow test on 3rd January 2012. She is disabled and was unable to stand for the test, the three members of the medical team carrying out the test could not have done more to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I would like this to be considered as a commendation to the staff concerned, I do not remember the names of the staff concerned but the appointment was at 09.30 on that day.

I would like to think that they will be made aware of my comments, as people are all too quick to complain!

What could be improved

On this occasion, nothing!

I have never had any cause to complain at the treatment at Barnet Hospital, over a long period of time with elderly parents I have made many visits, both to A&E and Outpatients.
