Poor all round
What could be improved
Post op Nursing Care, Better pain control, Better ward supervision and more regular ward rounds, Staff should listen to patients comments, Staff should be reminded that the patients well being and sympathetic care is paramount and patients should not be treated as invisible, Patients should have their dignity and human rights respected by all medical staff, Pathology labs should ensure that their diagnoses from tissue samples sent to them are correct and complete,
Anything else?
On this ward there were two types of nursing staff, one wore a green uniform whilst the others wore white coats, the complaints about nursing staff refer to the latter.
