About: West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance)

From the moment I walked through the door and received the help of the friendly receptionist to being being booked into the day surgery unit, to the friendly, kind, helpful, considerate care that was so cheerfully given by all the nurses and doctors to being sent home with all the information my wife and I needed to manage my recovery, I don't believe I could have received better service.

So thank you, to the doctors, nurses and all the hospital support staff who did such a fantastic job on my behalf!

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us, it is lovely to read about your experiences at West Cornwall Hospital. I am glad to see that you found the staff to be friendly, kind and cheerful, I hope this helped to allay any fears you had about coming to hospital.

It is great to see that you received all the information you and your wife needed when you went home and I hope that you are making a full recovery. I am responding to you as a member of the Patient and Family Experience Team, but I will pass on your kind comments to the doctors, nurses and support staff at West Cornwall Hospital, I am sure they will love to read your story, as I have.
