What could be improved
Waiting time could be improved for appointments.
On my arrival to-day it was the same as every other time I have been the parking outside in the disabilty spaces were all taken because there is not enough of them I am disabled and cannot walk very far so by the time I get in the hospital I face an even longer walk to get where I am going whoever designed this hospital certainly did`nt do it with the elderly and disabled in mind.Going back to the parking that is just a free for all you have people trying to park buses dropping people off and taxi`s it was like a circus what a farce! When you arrive in the reception area you have people all over the place and I stood and observed a man on his cleaning machine going over and over the same area of floor just really getting in peoples way but I think he was enjoying playing because on our way down to outpatients the floor was filthy.Also sitting waiting for my appointment which took about an hour you have chance to watch what is going on there seems to be a lot of nurses walking backwards and forwards doing nothing apart from having a good natter. I have no complaints about my treatment from the doctor that was exellent.By the way is it not about time the smoking was stopped outside the main entrance it is not nice to get a faceful of someone else`s smoke.
