I arrived at the minor injuries unit after a fall and shoulder injury. Nauseated, in pain, anxious that I may have broken a bone and the impact this would have on work and family. Great service and very person centred- from the receptionist with a calming and kind manner to the very professional but warm Advanced Nurse Practitioner Christine and speedy Xray staff. Thanks to all- competent and caring.
