What I liked
I had an appointment at the day service unit for surgery to remove all my top teeth and fix 4 broken ones at the bottom. I attend at 7am and waited finally at 7:45 the doors where open and then was told to wait in holding area. I was seen by about 4 different people and at 11:30 was told I was next to go down. At 2:30pm I was still waiting so I asked the reception lady and she went to find out what was happening the ward sister came to me and said " that morning surgery had over ran and my surgeon had gone to Rochdale and there was trying to find someone to do it for me" this is poor I was never told and as I suffer with depression and anixety this make these worst and have upset me alot. I will be submitting a full complaint and will also try and get in touch with others who left because of the poor Service.
This is a very unfit hospital I have been into my local hospital many times and have been treated with respect. I have put my expereince down to having a weaken immune system as the service has been poor I really do think a public survey is required to see whoelse has been left to feel worthless, and depressed even more.
I know the reply will be contact PALS well no they can contact me, I've spent enuff money on getting to appointments and arranging for people to look after my animals, home why I was in hospital. I also expect the surgeon to meet me face to face to say he is sorry and that he will travel to my local hospital and do what he is paid to do and what I was there for. No wonder people don't turn up to appointments when they are treated like dirt.
Will be looking into other aveunes to get my money back, a full apolgy this has really left me so upset, this was suppose to a new start for me but well that you North Manchester
