"Contacting the Audiology department"

About: County Hospital

(as a service user),

Really, really upset, have been trying to get through for 5 hours today. I've left messages to the machine which said someone will get back to me within 2 hours (LIE). The message on the phone says that they are experiencing a high number of calls (LIE)< I am sure it's a LIE as I have heard that they frequently leave the answer machine on for NO REASON! ! !

I am sincerely sorry to read your comments relating to contacting our Audiology Department. I will ensure your feedback is shared with the Audiology Team.

Unfortunately the team has been very short-staffed which is why there is such a delay in their ability to respond to telephone calls.
