What I liked

pleasant atmosphere pleasant reception though ,i was a bit young to be offered the lift ! Did I look that old? A bit more diplomacy required as some people are perfectly able to climb the easy modern stairs .!!

Superb Cafe

Waiting area satisfactory

Consultant thorough and pleasant .Not rushed

Will be more than happy to come again.

Lovely modern building with ample facilities.Nice xmas decoration in Foyer.

What could be improved

Reception please dont assume patients cant manage the stairs !
