Ultrasound/scan lady uninterested.....hardly any eye contact, no smile, no good morning, nothing....when finished went back on her mobile phone, looked bored!
Reception staff in x-ray/scan unit looked miserable too...no smile or anything, robotic....must say that the nurse who sat in the room with scan lady was pleasant, she was very nice. I love the NHS but why are some of the staff so bad at just being nice, it cost's nothing to smile.

I am very sorry that you had a poor experience while visiting our X-Ray department at Purley Hospital.
We want all our patients to have a good experience and want to learn from any poor practices that occur during a patient visit.
Your comments have been passed onto our Operational Manager of Diagnostic Imaging who manages that department.
