"I am sure the scan was correct but felt..."

What I liked

Main reception was very pleasant and I found it very easy to park in the side street nearby.

What could be improved

The Staff who started the pelvic scan could have explained a second member of staff was coming in to the examination room prior to them appearing. I felt ignored and as if I were intruding on their personal conversation.

Anything else?

The procedure was very quick and clinical. Not made to feel very comfortable by the staff.
