"A fantastic experience"

I had an appointment to have my old IUD removed and a new one fitted at the Beckenham Beacon Hospital,Beckenham. My Gp had dificulties removing it so I was referred to the hospital where I met with Dr Clio. It has been my best experience to date. I initially received a telephone consultation weeks before my appointment which I felt was completely ideal as it made sense that the hospital should speak to me directly first before my appointment, to get the facts and information right. Not to say the Gp wont pass all the important information on, but it was a nice touch and I felt valued. I spoke to a lady called Jill and she went through the details with me. I was further impressed when I got a phonecall from a lady named Terri half an hour before my appointment to make sure i was attending and that I knew where to go once I got to the hospital .I couldn't believe it! Never received such service EVER from the NHS and it didnt end there. I met with Dr Clio and Terri and they were fantastic, you could tell they had complete knowledge of their craft,they took their time to explain the process to me and best of all,they put both my husband's and my mind at ease because we had a few concerns. They were so pleasant I couldn't leave without letting people know how good my experience was. It was a welcome change and I would go back to those two anyday. They are an asset to the hospital and I am grateful for the experience.
