About: St Andrew's Healthcare Essex / Audley

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had time to reflect on my life and where I want to go in life. The dreams each night were more like living in the past even though it's the future.  Also I would like to change the future or play a big part in it.

I would recommend St. Andrews, even though you played reversed psychology on me.  It is a place of safety and also the therapy for the long stay residents shouldn't be taken lightly as they are there to help you.
