This HAPI clinic deserves Gold Medal. I have had a bamboo splinter injury deep in the flesh on 16th September 2018 and referred by RBH to this unit. I was operated in the afternoon of 16/09/2018. Medical team and Surgeon were very competent, through and very communicative through out the procedure. Although this is an Emergency unit which also supports A&E unit near by, treatment schedule was prompt and patient was not made to wait unreasonably. I found medical staff to be dedicated, and polite even when they are stressed and stretched with workload. This unit is a credit to NHS and more funding support will functionally enhance and excel this unit.
A BIG THANK YOU to the medical team.
