What I liked

I was admitted after a nasty fall and had facial injuries. The ambulance staff were fantastic. Even though I was traumatised and in a lot of pain, they made me feel safe and comfortable and I was able to have a joke or two with them. They explained everything that was happening - they were just fab and I can't thank them enough. On arrival at A & E, I was quickly and efficiently treated, being given an X-ray for neck pain and barely left alone. The nurses and doctor who treated me were extremely thorough and again made me feel safe and looked after. They were able to get me an appointment at Bradford Hospital to have my lip wound treated a few hours later and gave me advise about my nose injury. I can honestly say that the NHS treatement was fabulous. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff who dealt with me. Thankyou!

Having never had to go in ambulance before, I will never forget how wonderful the staff were.
