I had been feeling unwell for some time so after a visit to the doctors, where I was seen by a Dr who was very helpful and listened to what I had to say, I did not feel rushed or as if I wasn’t being listened to, it was suggested that I have some blood taken, this was followed up with a call from the doctor to say more blood tests were needed. I then saw two further Drs at a separate time who was very kind and listened to what my symptoms were, one Dr refereed me to the Rheaumatology department of the Newbury Berkshire hospital. This was followed up by a Dr who called me and talked me through the medication that I am now taking and made me feel at ease and reassured me that the doctors surgery is only a phone call away.

I was seen by a very helpful, understanding Dr at the rheaumatology department, I had several X-rays and more blood tests... unfortunately I have been diagnosed with Rheaumatiod Arthritis.... all the help that I received from the Drs at MablyWay was quick, professional, kind and caring... and I am now feel a little better and in less pain. Thank you very much to you all..Especially the young receptionist who was very helpful in booking in fortnightly blood tests for the next 3 months. She was very polite and well mannered. Thank you.
