A wonderful and helpful visit to Audiology was completely overshadowed by taking fully 15 minutes to exit your car park.

I entered my car reg and paid using the honesty line and my credit car. I then approached the barrier which would not open. It took fully 5 minutes for the assistance button to be answered, promised to lift barrier which did not move, second attempt got us our. A nightmare experience, we can’t be the only ones finding this a dismal experience.

Thanks you for your feedback.

I am so sorry to read that after a wonderful visit to the Audiology Department, everything was overshadowed by the delay trying to exit the car park at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

I can understand how frustrating this must have been for you as you had paid for the parking and were ready to exit; however the barrier did not move and the assistance button was not answered for some time.
